    Management

    The Management Department of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada is responsible for the overall operation of the organization by overseeing the coordination of all event planning (Annual General Meeting, Convocation, and CI and CII exams), the development and approval of budgets, as well as coordinating the examination process.     Finance Department

    The Finance Department is responsible for the financial systems of The Royal College of Dentists of Canada and to ensure that financial operations are sustained in a timely and accurate manner, as well to implement and maintain financial procedures and policies.     Examinations Department

    The Examinations Department is responsible for all aspects of the examination process: collection, formatting, and printing of examination content, creation of marking documents, and helping with event planning for both Examination Components I and II.
