Convocation is held annually, usually on the first weekend after Labour Day. 

It is held concurrently with the Annual General Meeting of the College and The Royal College of Dentists of Canada Council Meeting.

These events are held in locations across Canada.

In 2009, Convocation was held at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa on Saturday, September 12th, at 5.00 p.m.  All Fellows were invited to attend.

In 2010, Convocation will be held in St. John's, Newfoundland at the Delta Hotel on August 28th.  Please mark your calendars.

Successful candidates will be notified in in early summer of how to apply for the Fellowship.  The deadline for application is July 2, 2010.
