If you are a current candidate and you meet all requirements to sit the Fellowship Examination in 2021, you do not need to submit a new application for the postponed Fellowship Examination of 2021. Your information is already available to us. All new candidates planning to sit the Fellowship Examination in 2021 have to submit an application and meet all eligibility requirements when the application window for the 2021 Fellowship Examination opens. Candidates interested in the Provisional Fellowship do not receive certificates for holding Provisional Fellowship status. Provisional Fellows will receive a letter confirming their status. The Fellowship certificates will be issued once the official Fellowship is conferred at a Convocation ceremony. The information provided on the provisional Fellowship application form will be used for future reference when preparing certificates for next year’s Convocation Ceremony.
Yes. If you have submitted the Provisional Fellowship application form but your graduation date is past the application deadline, please notify us via email at membership@rcdc.ca. We will accommodate all applicants who submit the application form prior to the deadline but are waiting to complete their program to fulfill our supporting documentation requirement.
No. In order to fully meet the requirements for Provisional Fellowship, you need to submit proof of completion. If you are a current candidate and submitted proof of enrollment, you will need to provide confirmation of successfully completing your program to be granted Provisional Fellowship.

Confirmation of your completion may be submitted as a letter from the Dean or Program Director confirming your standing and graduation date. Electronic copies of letters are accepted provided that the Dean or Program Director emails them directly to membership@rcdc.ca.
If requested, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and you will receive a cheque to the mailing address provided. Unfortunately, a refund to a credit cannot be completed.
Please note that due to the fact that the 2021 Fellowship Examination application window is very close, RCDC also gives you the option to apply your 2020 Fellowship Examination fees and/or Fellowship Examination application fees to the next administration of the Fellowship Examination in 2021.
